Man Who Defiled His Close Friend’s 14-year-old Daughter, Gets Her Pregnant, Has Been Arrested

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested a 53-year-old man for defiling the 14-year-old daughter of a close friend.

The Spokesperson of the Police Force, Babawale Afolabi, revealed that the 14-year-old girl had told a family member that 53-year-old Adebayo was sleeping with her.

The spokesperson said that the girl had confided in a family member, saying that Adebayo was sleeping with her, and that person told her father, who then reported the case to the office.

The spokesperson added that the victim was hawking puff puff and was carrying them to the suspect’s shop, and later lured her into the shop with 200 naira.

He stated that the victim said this was not the first time the man would sleep with her, and he claimed that the suspect also confessed to his crime.

The head of the command gender unit, Rachael Dada, also revealed that the victim is also pregnant.
