Moment When Will Smith Slapped Chris Rock In Oscar 2022 Awards, Will Smith Apologizes To Chris On Social Media [Photos & Videos]
Will Smith slapped Chris Rock in “Oscars 2022” after the comedian joked about his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith.
Chris Rock talked about Pinkett Smith’s shaved hair, saying, “Jada, I cannot wait for G.I. Jane 2.”
All the nominees in the academy found it funny, but Will Smith and his wife didn’t. He walked up to the stage and slapped Rock, and then, as he was going back to his seat, he shouted, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f**king mouth.”
Smith later apologized to the academy when he gave his best actor speech.
This is what Will Smith said as he accepted his first Academy Award for his role in King Richard as the father of popular tennis players Venus and Serena Williams.
Will Smith also added, “Art resembles life. I looked like the crazy father, just like they talked about Richard Williams.” But love would make you do crazy things. ”
He ended his speech with, “I hope the Academy will invite me again.”

Why Some People Think Will Smith’s Oscars Acceptance Speech May Have Ruined His Legacy
We recall that Pinkett Smith had talked about what caused her to lose her hair. She said that she had been diagnosed with alopecia.
Jada Smith talked about her hair loss on her show, Red Table Talk, in 2018, saying “I have been having this issue with my hair, and it scared me when it first began.”
She said she first feared that she had alopecia after handfuls of hair fell off when she bathed.
“I was like, ‘Oh My God, I am becoming bald?’ It was one of the times in my life when I shook with fear. That was why I cut my hair and continued cutting it. ”
