What Fraudsters Are Now Using To Scam People In Church Every Sunday — Nigerian Reveals
Engineer Taiwo Ajakale has revealed how fraudsters are now scamming people in church every Sunday.
He claimed that it all happened in one of the RCCGs in Ibadan where he attends, during their usual testimony time, when an unknown man joined the testifiers and, when his turn came, he took the microphone and narrated how he had escaped from kidnappers.
He claimed he was unconscious after entering a vehicle until he found himself inside the bush along the Lagos-Ibadan highway, where he began to run while the kidnappers were shooting at him.
He eventually escaped and made his way to the church.
The church felt sorry for him and immediately donated a sum of seven thousand naira to him.

However, while waiting for other gifts and packages after the service, during the offering time when everyone had danced forward to pay their offerings, this man was apprehended by one of the members for carrying one of the members bag and heading towards the church entrance before he was apprehended by the man who caught him.
After several beatings, he admitted that his entire story was a lie and that he had done the same thing the week before at Winners Chapel Church. He was turned over to the police by the church.
Taiwo also stated that while discussing the issue with a colleague, he confirmed the same scam story that occurred in his church in Apete Ibadan.
He concluded by saying that some do it for power, narrative, and money.
