Unknown Gunmen Assassinate Two APC Chieftains And Kidnap One in Enugu
Yesterday, unknown gunmen attacked the Enugu South Local Government Area office of the All Progressives Congress (APC), killing the State Youth Leader of the Party, Mr. Kelvin Ezeoha, and one other member.
The incident happened while members of the APC from ward III, Obeagu Awkunanaw, Enugu South Local Government Area, were having a reconciliation meeting.
A source revealed that over seven unknown gunmen invaded the venue and killed two party members without mercy, with one member being taken away.
A chieftain of the party in the state revealed:
“Some gunmen invaded the Enugu South LGA APC meeting this evening while their meeting was in progress and opened fire on the party members.”

They killed the immediate past Enugu South Local Government Chairman of the party, who is now the incumbent State youth leader, Mr. Kelvin Ezeoha, and one other person. Another party member was kidnapped.”
The source stated that their motive for the attack is unclear.
