“These people mourning Mohbad are the same people that bullied me” – Yul Edochie
Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has revealed that he has faced relentless bullying and insults from the same group of people who are now mourning the late singer Mohbad.
He explained that the same kind of harassment Mohbad experienced before his demise is what he has been enduring from colleagues and Nigerians due to his personal choice to take a second wife.
In a recent Instagram post, Yul Edochie called out his fellow colleagues who have been demanding justice for Mohbad, labeling them as “hypocrites and clout chasers.”
He expressed his frustration, stating, “All of you posting ‘Justice for Mohbad,’ including the Nollywood people, you are not any different from those who mistreated Mohbad. You are all demons and wicked individuals merely chasing after attention.”

Yul Edochie went on to highlight that these individuals had been relentlessly insulting him for over a year, bullying him on social media because of his personal life decisions.
He questioned how many of them had stood up for Mohbad when he was alive, accusing them of exploiting his name to gain online traffic.
Furthermore, Yul Edochie stressed that his decision was influenced by personal circumstances within his home, and he criticized the lack of support from fellow Nollywood figures. He concluded by pointing out that many were waiting for his demise to post their condolences, labeling their actions as hypocritical.
Yul Edochie has faced criticism since announcing his second marriage to actress Judy Austin in April 2022.
