Popular Nigerian singer, Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has been overcomed with emotion after her Golden Globe nomination.

The singer has been nominated for a Golden Globe for her song in the film Blank Panther.

She was nominated for her work on Lift Me Up, a song from Marvel Studios’ film Wakanda Forever. Along with Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Goransson, the Nigerian star was nominated for Best Original Song.
