Nigerian crossdresser and social media sensation, James Brown, recently announced his decision to take a break from social media platforms due to spiritual and health-related concerns.

Brown, known for his vibrant online presence and outspoken personality, revealed via Instagram that he was experiencing mental health issues and spiritual attacks, prompting him to temporarily step away from the spotlight.

In a heartfelt post on his Instagram story, Brown shared a photo of himself aboard a plane, bidding farewell to his fans as he embarked on a journey to seek spiritual deliverance in his hometown of Imo State, Nigeria. He expressed his need to prioritize his well-being and mental health, citing ongoing spiritual attacks that have plagued him, particularly around his birthday celebrations in February.

According to Brown, these spiritual attacks have become a recurring occurrence, with last year’s incident targeting his legs and this year affecting his TikTok platform. He confessed to encountering unsettling dreams involving his rival, Bobrisky, as well as other drag queens and friends, further prompting him to seek prayers and spiritual guidance from his family.

“I am going to Imo State to pray, I’ve been having a spiritual attack these days. Every time I do my birthday in February I just have a spiritual attack. The last time was my leg, this time my TikTok. Now I produced my first-ever movie, 30 Minutes In Love, I saw my fans take good pictures and I’ve been having spiritual attacks ever since. So my dad said I should come to the village, let’s pray,” Brown shared on his Instagram post.
