When asked about her reasons for having an abortion, Phyna responded saying;
If there are 100 women in nigeria today, 98 of them have had abortions, which is one of my motivations for using abortion pills.
So please don’t judge me. i was very young at the time and had been in a relationship for 12 years. i had my first abortion when i was 19 because i was too young to go home and tell my parents i was pregnant.
Additionally, because the two pregnancies were So Early—Two To Three huge weeks—i was allowed to use tablets. The Second Happened When I Was 24 And Had Already Completed My Service.
although i was prepared to stay, the connection was becoming toxic. he regularly hit me and verbally abused me. i took it out on myself after telling myself that i couldn’t continue, and that is how i ended the relationship
