Popular Nollywood actress, Joke Silva, has opened up about the health condition of her husband, veteran Nigerian actor, Olu Jacobs.
In an interview with Nigerian journalist, Chude Jideonwo, the popular Nigerian actress said her husband is battling with dementia with a “Lewy” body.
Joke Silva said her husband has been battling with the sickness that is affecting his brain for years now.
“He is dealing with issues and it has been happening for a couple of years.” He has dementia with a lewy body. It is a degenerative disease which affects the brain, and it is almost like a Parkinson’s type of disease. It affects the brain and affects the person also. The veteran actress revealed
On several occasions, rumors have been spread that the Nigerian veteran actor, Olu Jacobs, has died, but it has been revealed that the rumors are false and that the actor just has a disease.
The rumors were spread because of his absence in public for a while, and he has not featured in any Nollywood films or movies. But recently, he appeared at the celebration of his wife’s 60th birthday.
The video of the birthday celebration with his wife made people speculate that the actor was not healthy, as he leaned on chairs and tables and looked really fragile.
