On Tuesday, December 7, 2021, Ngozi Chiemeke was claimed to have been shot dead at a POS Shop along Deeper Life Road, Ika North Local Government Area, Delta State. The cause for this remains a mystery.
The incident was reported to the Boji-Boji Owa Divisional Police Station in the Owa-Oyibu headquarters of the Ika North East local government area.
While some residents of the area have complained that the tragic incident happened just a few days after the late Anthony Mkpado, the Chief Executive Officer of the said bookstore, Mkpado Bookshop at Boji-Boji Owa, was gruesomely murdered.
