“My Ultimate Goal Is To Win Grammy” – Singer, Portable

Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable in the Nigerian music scene, has recently disclosed his ambitious goal of winning a Grammy award, considering it the pinnacle of achievement in his music career.

The “Zazu” hitmaker expressed his aspirations in an interview with content creator Timi Agbaje, emphasizing his desire to be recognized on the global stage by clinching the prestigious golden gramophone.

Portable articulated, “My ultimate goal in the music industry is to win a Grammy. I will only feel accomplished if I win a Grammy. I want to win the African category.”

Highlighting his determination to excel beyond local recognition, Portable expressed a preference for international awards, citing concerns about the integrity of local accolades. He asserted his confidence in his musical abilities, claiming superiority over some of his peers and criticizing the use of autotune by other artists.
