Mohbad’s Wife Interrogated Three Times by Police, Says Iyabo Ojo

In recent developments surrounding the controversial death of singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo has disclosed that Omowunmi Aloba, the late singer’s wife, has undergone police interrogation.

Mohbad’s untimely demise on September 12, 2023, raised many questions, leading to investigations by the Lagos State Police Command. Several individuals, including the auxiliary nurse who treated him, Feyisoya Ogedengbe, Sam Larry, Naira Marley, and Primeboy, were arrested in connection with the case.

However, public demand for the interrogation of His wife continues to grow, with many believing she may possess crucial information relevant to the ongoing investigations. In response to these calls, Iyabo Ojo took to Instagram to clarify that Omowunmi has already been questioned by the police on three separate occasions.

Iyabo Ojo explained that two of these interrogations occurred on the day when his father, mother, and wife were televised by the police, addressing the public regarding the case. Later that same day, they were sent to the Panti police station for further questioning and to provide official statements. Additionally, Mohbad’s wife underwent another round of interrogation on September 21, a development that led to the absence of notable figures like Tonto Dike and Senator Ishaku Abbo.

Concerns were also raised regarding the presence of a CCTV camera at Mohbad’s residence. Iyabo Ojo clarified that this camera was never connected for use, lacking both a BVR (Black Box Video Recorder) and a Hard Disk.

The situation surrounding Mohbad’s death remains complex, with various individuals involved in the investigation, and public interest in the case continues to be significant.
