Nigerian reality TV star Mercy Eke recently shared a video of herself receiving a bouquet of roses, some cash, and other items from a mystery person.

The video, in which Eke can be seen blushing as a violinist plays on, quickly went viral online, with many people assuming that the sender was her “love interest” Pere Egbi.

However, Egbi has since denied being the sender, sharing a post on his social media account in which he says “Respectfully, that was not me.” This denial has left fans even more curious about the identity of the mystery person who is putting a smile on Eke’s face.

Eke herself has remained silent on the matter, but her fans are eagerly awaiting more information about her “happy girl era” and the identity of the mysterious man behind the romantic gesture.
