Kiddwaya Cancels Birthday Celebration to Honor Late Friend Chizzy Wigwe

In a heartfelt gesture of remembrance and respect, popular BBNaija All Stars housemate Terseer Waya, better known as Kiddwaya, has announced the cancellation of his birthday celebration. Instead, he will dedicate the day to honoring his late friend, Chizzy Wigwe.

Kiddwaya shared this poignant decision on his Instagram handle on Tuesday, expressing his intention to pay tribute to Chizzy Wigwe, the son of the late CEO of Access Bank, Herbert Wigwe. Chizzy Wigwe tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash in the United States last month.

Acknowledging that it is his birthday, Kiddwaya emphasized the significance of the day as the day his friend is laid to rest. In a touching statement, he conveyed his decision to forgo the celebrations, stating, “Today is my birthday, but today is also the day a good friend of mine is getting buried, so out of respect, I will not be celebrating.”
