A jealous husband gôuges out his wife’s eye and cûts off her fingers to prevent her from being snatched by another man

The wife, who is identified as Maureen Atieno Omolo, has recounted her ordeal at the hands of her fiercely possessive husband.

According to Omolo, who spoke about her ordeal with Afrimax TV, her husband hacked off her finger and removed her eye out of jealousy.

The young woman, who had lost both of her parents at a young age, stated that she married at the age of 15 to find someone to care for her and her siblings.

She stated that, while she did not want to marry at such a young age, she believed it was the only option available to her at the time.

Omolo stated that her spouse adored her and never failed to fulfill his obligation to provide for the family, but he never wanted to see her with another man. She claimed she became a prisoner in her spouse’s home because she was forced to live alone because her spouse was afraid another man would take her away from him.

She also revealed that her husband vowed to kill her rather than let another man take her away from him. She, on the other hand, assumed that the man had said the truth out of love and envy, so she dismissed it.

She stated that at one point during their marriage, she got a job as a housekeeper in Nairobi with her husband’s permission, and she had to leave her husband and children behind and only visit them on occasion. However, during one of her visits, she discovered that her husband was already seeing another woman, which broke her heart and caused her to flee to Nairobi.

Following her return to Nairobi, her husband became enraged and threatened to kill the children if she did not return. She claimed she left right away to save her children from being murdered. She had to coexist with the new woman, with whom she disagreed frequently.

He later launched an attack on her with a machete brought to him by his second wife. The mother of three was rushed to the hospital and, thankfully, survived.
