“I’m Single” – Cardi B Reveals, Confirming Divorce With Husband Offset

American rapper Cardi B has officially confirmed the end of her marriage with Offset.

In a recent Instagram live session with her 169 million followers, the mother of two revealed that she has been single for a while and had been contemplating how to share her relationship status with the public.

Cardi B’s announcement came shortly after rapper Blueface accused Offset of having a romantic involvement with his baby mama, Chrisean Rock. Offset refuted these allegations, asserting that he has never had any communication or physical contact with Blueface’s baby mama.

During the Instagram Live session, Cardi B addressed the situation, expressing her skepticism about Blueface’s claims and stating, “I don’t think it [Blueface’s allegations against Offset] is true. I don’t care to find out because I’ve been single for a minute now.”

Cardi B acknowledged her hesitancy in sharing the news but indicated that recent events prompted her to be more transparent. She revealed that her marriage had been in this state for a while and expressed a desire for a fresh start in 2024, emphasizing her curiosity for a new life and a new beginning.

This revelation follows the recent observation that Cardi B and Offset had unfollowed each other on Instagram. The couple, who secretly married in 2017 and shares two children, has experienced ups and downs, with Cardi B filing for divorce in September 2020 but subsequently reconciling in October of the same year. Notably, in June 2023, Cardi B publicly criticized Offset after he claimed she cheated on him.
