Internet Scammer, Hushpuppi, Bags 11-Year Jail Term In U.S
Ramon Abbas, a.k.a Hushpuppi, a Nigerian socialite and internet sensation, has been sentenced to 11 years in prison for fraud and money laundering by the United States Central District Court in California.
Hushpuppi is expected to serve only nine years in prison, despite having already served two years in an American prison.

Hushpuppi was arrested in June 2020 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) with 12 accomplices on allegations of hacking, impersonation, scamming, banking fraud, and identity theft, robbing some of his victims of their money in the United States, Qatar, the United Kingdom, and other places, and was later extradited to the US for prosecution.
