How To Vote On BBTitans (Nigeria & South Africa)

MultiChoice Nigeria Ltd and MultiChoice South Africa have set up interactive audience polling so that BBTitans viewers can vote for their favorite housemate to win the competition.

The voting system was created to encourage viewer participation and give them a say in the outcome of the BBTitans show.

Voting is only available through the BBTitans website, mobile site, and MyDStv and MyGOtv apps. Active DStv and GOtv subscribers with eligible packages in selected countries can vote on the MyDStv and MyGOtv Apps. (See the section on voting platforms and numbers).

Requirements

Subscribers with a single mobile number that is linked to multiple smartcard numbers will be given the highest available voting token based on their available package information, for example, if the subscriber has both Compact and Premium packages, the highest package available is Premium, and the customer will be given the Premium voting token.

Subscribers who have multiple smartcards or subscriptions and want to vote with all available smartcards must register each smartcard number separately on the voting system with a unique mobile number that can be verified via OTP.

Voting via the website and mobile site will be available here, and Internet Service Provider data charges will apply.

To vote via the website and mobile site, you must first register with your name, surname, email address, year of birth, gender, location, and cell phone number using a One Time Pin (OTP) and create a password for your user profile.

Only registered user profiles with up to ten devices may log in and vote. Each user can only access up to ten verified profiles per device. When a voting period is open, more information on how to register can be found at here .

To vote using the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps, first download the app from Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Only active DStv subscribers in selected countries with eligible packages can vote on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps (refer to the voting platforms and number section).

How To Vote Using The MyDStv And MyGOtv Apps

On this platform, votes are assigned to individuals based on their eligible package (For active MyDStv and MyGOtv subscribers in selected countries with eligible packages only).

My DStv & My GOtv App Game – up to 200 votes based on correctly answered questions in each game.

Customers can play one game during an active vote round, which unlocks additional votes based on the gameplay.

Based on correct answers during the game, the game unlocks a maximum of 200 votes per game – a maximum of 10 questions with a value of 20 votes per question, for a total of 200 votes.

If the customer answers all of the questions incorrectly, no votes will be awarded. Votes can be redeemed immediately after playing the game or at a later time convenient for the customer.

Games are only valid during the current vote round and do not carry over to the next vote round.
