
Arsenal beat Leicester City 2-0 in their Premier League match which took place today, October 30th, 2021. They won with goals from Emile Smith-Rowe and Gabriel.
Arsenal started the match well with smooth passes which made the home football team really worried.
It didn’t take long before Arsenal scored the first goal in the match from a corner kick in 5 minutes.

Gabriel jumped ahead of the player who was marking him to head the ball into the net from a sweet cross.
Arsenal’s second goal was scored by Emile Smith Rowe after Alexandre Lacazette took time to shoot the ball but the ball was taken from him.
Leicester City’s defender, Johnny Evans, tried to clear the ball but he was not able to. Instead, he set the ball well for Smith Rowe, who shot the ball into the goal net.

This result means that Arsenal has moved up to the fifth position in the table with 17 points while Leicester City is in the tenth position in the table before Saturday’s other fixtures.
Arsenal’s next match is against Watford in the Premier League, while Leicester City will host Spartak Moscow in the Europa League on the 4th of November, 2021, before they play against Leeds United in the Premier League on the 7th of November, 2021.
