The family of late Abimbola Ogbonna, wife of celebrity businessman IVD, has issued a statement regarding her death.

Her family set up an Instagram page to commemorate the deceased, who died on Saturday, October 15th.

According to the statement, the deceased died as a result of fatal burns sustained in a fire at her Lagos home.

Her family revealed how they attempted to intervene in her marriage.

They claimed to have intervened and attempted to save her from the terrible situation she was in.

They described the deceased as a caring person and devoted wife and mother who prioritized her children’s upbringing over her own peace of mind, happiness, and well-being.

They confirmed that IVD is on the run and asked Nigerians to assist in bringing him to justice.

They also stated that they are currently collaborating with a law enforcement agency to bring him to justice.
