An elderly man who was accused of defiling a physically challenged girl has been arrested following a court order.
The father of the girl who is deaf, dumb, and crippled is demanding justice for her daughter.
The Chief Magistrate Court remanded 60-year-old Victor Elem to the Port Harcourt Correctional Centre on Friday, March 18, 2022.
He was charged by the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID) in Port Harcourt before Chief Magistrate V.L. Kobani Buzugbe.

The court remanded Elem till Monday, March 21, 2022, when they would go back to court for him to be arraigned again.
We recall that police arrested a 60-year-old for the defilement of a 12-year-old girl.
