Davido, a Nigerian artist, has intimated that he will give away all of the money he has amassed in the last 48 hours.
On Friday, November 19, 2021, the musician announced it on his Twitter page. He tweeted, “Might give it all away.” He did not, however, specify that he was referring to the funds he raised.
On Wednesday, the singer resorted to Twitter to post his account details and invite fans to donate to the account. He collected more than N50 million in less than an hour after tweeting.
The music diva had raked in almost N190 million from fans as of Friday. The move catapulted the musician to the top of Twitter’s global hot topics.
