The actor was charged with lying against the Lagos state police on the internet. Because he posted a video which has gone viral on social media on the 20th of December, 2021, a situation happened, and he shouted that the Lagos state police force wanted to unlawfully punish an okada rider.
He added that he was inside the traffic when he saw the police seizing the motorcycle from the okada rider.
He stated that he had to be involved in the situation as he told the police to allow the okada rider to ride his bike to their station himself so that the policeman would stop dragging the rider.
The actor added that that was the only thing he told the police before a policeman who was present in the scene called him an animal.
He revealed he challenged the policeman. Because he insulted him, and the policeman was not happy that a citizen was challenging him, so the actor was taken along with the rider.
