JUST IN: BRT Bus Driver Arrested Following Death Of Kidnapped Lagos Lady

A 22-year-old lady, identified as Bamise Ayanwola, who was declared missing last week after entering a bus rapid transit (BRT) from the Ajah area of Lagos to Oshodi, has been found dead.

This shocking news was confirmed by her relative this afternoon.

“We are at the morgue. We have confirmed the corpse. An autopsy will be carried out to confirm if any part of her body is missing,” he said.

Bamise Ayanwola went missing on the 26th of February 2021 after she entered a BRT with the vehicle number (240257), which was boarding to Oshodi at around 7 pm to see her sister-in-law, who was said to have been in labour.

It was said that the young lady, who is also a fashion designer, became suspicious when the bus driver told her to sit at the back even though she was the only one on the bus.

The driver, who is identified as Nice Andrew Omininikoron, has been arrested, and it was confirmed by the police.
