BB-Naija’s Tacha Narrates How Her Company’s Ex-Driver Connived With Gateman to Steal Company’s Fuel
Natacha Akide, better known as Tacha, a reality TV personality, has encouraged company owners to use caution when hiring support employees.
The young girl wrote a lengthy note describing her interaction with a driver who worked for her company and began making deceptive movements within two months.
“Everyone needs to be mindful about the kind of support workers they maintain around them,” she added. After the previous driver took one way on the Lekki-Epe road and LASMA impounded my van, my firm hired this driver on August 31st. I know how difficult it was for me to reclaim my van. A new driver was hired, and I felt everything was fine until I received a message from the property management thanking me for my stay and asking to speak with me for a few minutes. We jumped on a Zoom call on October 6th, where they disclosed the reason for the Zoom call. My driver had apparently been conspiring with the property’s gateman to take the fuel and sell it jointly! I was taken aback. How can someone who hasn’t been worked in a company for up to two months be stealing fuel?”
She also said that she called her company’s logistics team, who informed her that the driver’s employment will be terminated at the end of the month.

“I understand that we can’t be 100 percent accurate when it comes to hiring support employees, but please double-check since folks like these will simply wreck your business,” Tacha advised.
