Since the death of Nigerian gospel singer Osinachi Nwachukwu on Friday, many people have avoided mentioning her husband, Peter Nwachukwu, for fear of being accused.

The singer who was in her forties, died on Friday in Abuja of alleged domestic violence by her husband, Peter Nwachukwu.

At first, reports said the singer died after spending some days in an undisclosed hospital.

When the news of her passing came out, many of her colleagues and some fans on social media came to accuse her husband of beating her.

On Instagram live, one of the singer’s close associates and popular singer, Frank Edwards, alleged that Osinachi’s husband beat her many times.

Peter Nwachukwu is a pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Church, with his wife, who was also one of the lead singers before her death.

Peter Omaboma was born in Nnewi South, Anambra State, South-East Nigeria.

A source had said that Okekenwa is Peter Nwachukwu’s birth name.

The source adds, “I’m not too sure i know many things about Peter because his name is not on the register.”

But reports says thst Peter is over 50 years of age.

He met Osinachi in one choir ministerial before the two married.

Reports even say that the pastor was previously married before he got married to Osinachi as photos of his wedding with another woman was shared online

Some reports say that he is still married to the woman, meaning that he has another wife.
