A 30-yr-old man punches a mother of two to death in Anambra state

Anambra State police have arrested a 30-year-old man named Ebube Oba for allegedly killing a mother of two, Mrs. Uzoamaka Ekpe

According to reports, the suspect allegedly killed his 45-year-old neighbor at Nkpor Agu, Ogidi in the state’s Idemili North LGA

The suspect was involved in a quarrel with the late Mrs. Ekpe at about 4.33 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, according to the command’s spokesperson, DSP Tochukwu Ikenga, in a statement on Sunday, June 26

“Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect and the deceased, during the quarrel, exchanged blows when the suspect gave fisticuffs to the woman, which resulted in her death

Mrs. Uzomaka Ekpe hit Mrs. Ebube on the chest and face with her fist before she collapsed. She was rushed to the hospital and was later confirmed dead by a medical doctor on duty.”
