Police Confirm Nollywood Actor Moses Armstrong’s Arrest For ‘Rape Of Minor’
Moses Armstrong, a Nollywood actor, has been arrested, according to Akwa Ibom police.
SP Odiko Macdon, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), issued a statement on Monday.
Moses Armstrong was apprehended on June 9 for allegedly defiling a 16-year-old girl in the state, according to the PRO.
“We have completed our preliminary investigations, and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has taken over the case,” he stated.
Macdon revealed that the thespian was no longer with the command after the DPP took him to court and remanded him on June 20.

The suspect is a member of the Nigerian Actors Guild (AGN).
Armstrong worked as a Special Assistant to Governor Udom Emmanuel until his arrest.
