“I Never Knew Those People Would Do This To Me” – Father Of Demilade, Girl Who Was Found Dead In A Cooler, Breaks Silence

“After our search, it was like it was the suspect who reported themselves to the police, because when I returned home the next day, one of his uncles told me to go to the police station,” Demilade’s father said.

At the police station, Fadare Oluwashola, the late Demilade’s father, found out they had found his daughter but found her dead.

“When I got to the police station, one of my friends showed me a photo, and that’s how I began crying. They had killed my daughter.” He added

“I never knew that they killed my daughter close to my house. I felt that it was kidnappers who needed ransom that took her. I did not know that they killed her for ritual purposes, ” Fadare Oluwashola, her father, said.

“The suspect who was apprehended by police stayed near our compound; we shared the same fence with them, and they even parked their car in our compound.”He added

Fadare Oluwashola revealed that they told him that the husband and wife in the compound were the ones who reported to the police, claiming that it was their own daughter who killed Demilade.

“This is someone who I know really well. We share the same fence together. I never thought that they had bad intentions for me. I just pray that God will help me get over this situation. ” Fadare Oluwashola stated.

Fadare Oluwashola said Demilade is his first daughter among his three daughters, and he is always trying his best to protect and look after them.

“When I saw my daughter’s corpse in the mortuary, I saw stab wounds on her neck and other multiple stabs, and it was like they drained her blood and kept her in a sac to cover the crime.”
