#EndSARS: “The Alleged Massacre Never Happened” – Lai Mohammed Says
Today, Many Nigerian youths marked Endsars anniversary of the alleged massacre that happened on October 20th, 2020, at the Lekki toll gate.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, revealed in a press conference that the alleged massacre never happened, adding that it is not real.
Lai Mohammed revealed that the Endsars anniversary was supposed to be a peaceful protest, but the protest was hijacked by hoodlums.
The minister added that he had called the alleged massacre in Lekki Tollgate the first massacre in the world without bloodshed.
He revealed that the families of those who were allegedly killed in the protest did not present any evidence to prove the massacre took place.
“Where are the families of those who were reportedly killed in Lekki tollgate?” He asked.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, later asked why the families of the allegedly killed protesters from last year’s Endsars protest did not face the Judicial Panel of Inquiry if they were truly killed.
